Introduction
This assignment provides a clear view of ‘Leading and managing
Organizational resources. The organization will lead to promoting the
change that helps in attaining new sustainability advantage factor that
discussed corporate governance and theories in need to manage the change. For
this purpose, week 2 contains a Blog post and analysis of the learning that
helps in carrying out the changes with effective services. The different
examples of companies will be taken for this purpose to attain the maximum the outcome with new advantages that carry out different ideas and learning in need
to promote environmental development, economic development, and social
development progress.

Sustainable
leadership
Sustainable leadership is the leading process that helps in the directing
delivery of aims, objective, alignment, and direction towards the change in lead
to facilitate and develop the acquired factors that address current marketing
issues including economic issues, environmental protection issues, and social
issues. It involves factors of leaders that work together in managing out the
changes with more advantageous ideas and promote new opportunities that bring
changes in the ideas and forming out new strategies and frameworks with more
reliability and sources. In the context of companies like Apple, Tata group, etc,
the team will work to attain the same objective that helps in maximizing the
knowledge with more effective ideas.
The theories of leadership help in analyzing the different factors that
could lead to manage the change in different areas. The leaders are ethically
promoting the change in the companies with their skills; attributes and
knowledge that keeps on manage the new ideas and factors with more clear
objectives. Many theories of leadership are adopted by the companies to clearly
outline the change that brings more ideas related to development sources.
Participative
theory of leadership is the main theory that was adopted by the leaders to manage
the team with effective work performance. This theory helps the
companies to familiarise themselves with leader’s skills and practices that could attain
more values with more specialized changes. This theory provides the participation
of the leaders in companies that gives new advantages to value the change
process and bring the new idea with effective services. It helps in developing the
skills and attributes that could effectively manage the outcome with more
sources and relied on to manage the change in sustainable advantage factor with
corporate governance.
Characteristics
of Sustainable leadership
Sustainable leadership adopted the idea and factors of the change that
helps in managing the team in a good way. The characteristics are beneficial
factors for the leaders as it leads to adopt the change with greater analysis
and lead to manage new changes. From
the learning, the Sustainable leadership possesses to make out the new
advantageous idea that causes many difficulties to rely on more idea and make
out new opportunities. It includes the leaders like Ratan Naval Tata and Tim

Critical
Analysis of Leadership Skills
From the video of Barak Obama and other leaders, I
have learned various skills of leaders and their outcomes that acquire more
ideas tagged out the changes (Barak Obama
YouTube Video, 2018). The skills of intellectual communication are the
main leadership skills that were adopted by the leaders to manage the team in
place of work (Lambert, 2020). Sustainable leaders will lead to work with
effective practices that make out new opportunities in building new analyzes and forming out effective practice. The communication style will work with more
idea that includes new adoptive thinking and process of work with effective
utilization (Crosby, 2016). In Amazon, Tesla, Tata Group, and other companies,
Sustainable leaders are work on effective managerial and communication skills.
The adaptive leadership style that I possess to bring out is democratic. It is
the effective leadership style that includes the involvement of all team
members and analyzes all values and ideas that help in bringing out the changes
with effective practices in their work. I have effective communication skills
that lead to managing the change with acquired practices and keep on developing
with major qualities and analysis in work. I will work upon key analysis that
brings new analysis in my work and acknowledges changing the ideas with more
ideas. My decision-making skills are entitled to bring definite change in leaf
to acquire best work practices with more effective and reliable of the team.
This will acquire to develop and manage the changes with more working sources
and bring definite leadership style. It works to manage the change that
requires the soft skills of the leaders. The skills of managerial and people
management are other Leadership skills that help to manage the team with new
ideas and formulating strategies to manage the people.
Potential
for Sustainable leadership
From the above analysis, I have analyzed that sustainable leadership,
theories which helps to bring new ideas and changes that
acquire to build effective practices. I also observed that I need to work upon
major qualities and traits that bring effective leadership style to promote
changes. I need to work on effective communication and decision-making process
that helps in managing the team and potentially outraise the changes with more
ideas and opportunities that are seeking to involve new practices. It keeps on
deriving out the activities with major advantage factors.
In the contextual view of Tata Group and Apple, I have also analyzed
that sustainable leadership is the main area that causes a difference in the team
members and involves continuous improvement to evaluate change practices. The
analysis provides the skills and traits of the leaders to possess out
managerial decisions, potential outcomes, and effective communication in
leadership style. The acquired ideas in the leadership where I lack are
communication skills and the decision-making process. It possesses to make out the
new ideas with effective strategies that make new knowledge. This learning
helps me out to gain various analyses of sustainable leadership that bring
new practices. It regulates the changes and provides key practices on which I
need to work.
From the overall analysis, I have analyzed that situational leadership
is an effective leadership style that helps in managing the change in the
leadership opportunities. It acquires managing advantage factors and analysis
to form out effective strategies with more responsibilities. It helps in developing the skills and
attributes that could effectively manage the outcome with more sources and
relied on to manage the change in sustainable advantage factor with corporate
governance. I need to work on developing
the leadership skills that help in bringing new opportunities and ideas
leading more opportunities and make out changes to formulating work progress
with sustainable leadership.
Conclusion
From the aforementioned assignment, it can be concluded that sustainable
leadership and corporate governance are the main sources that bring
out changes with more values and ideas. In this modern world, Sustainable
leadership needs to carry out the positive factor that includes attributes,
skills, and traits with more positive areas. It has highlighted the theories of
leadership, characteristics, and leadership skills that help in managing the
change with continuous improvement.
